A Message To Our Customers

To Our Old & New Customers,

Due to changes in regulations affecting all money remittance providers, Philippine Remittance ltd., by law is obligated to verify the identify of customers, prior to processing their requests to send money to the Philippines.

We would need to update and complete all customer profiles, and at a minimum keep identification records submitted for our reference.

May we request all customers to submit their new and updated requirements, shown below:

1. A Photocopy of your PASSPORT (Data Page), UK Driver's License or Employee I.D.

2. Two (2) Proofs of Address, which can either be of the following:

  • Photocopy of any of your recent UTILITY Bills (e.g. water, gas, electricity),
  • BANK STATEMENTS (dated not more than 3 months ago), or
  • COUNCIL TAX RENT CARD - duly certified and stamped as "original copy seen and verified by_____, signed over printed name & date" by any of the following: solicitor, doctor, priest/pastor, police, post master, accountant, banker, teacher or consulate officials

Rest assured that this is a formality for your own protection and convenience. All information supplied to us will be kept in strictest confidence and will be covered by the Data Protection Act. We appreciate submission of the required documents as soon as possible.

Please note that delays will be incurred for incomplete requirements as we are prohibited by the regulation to remit funds until we have completely verified the customer�s identity, and in come cases additional information about the transaction.
